OFTS服务奖：欧福科技沈阳表彰长期服务员工

2023 年 12 月 14 日，欧福科技（OFTS）对服务满 10 年的 42 名员工进行了表彰。所有长期服务员工都获得了奖杯和礼品，以表彰他们对公司的承诺和忠诚。

在沟通例会上，OFTS 总经理 Matthias Scheurich 感谢所有员工多年来对公司的忠诚和可靠的工作。

Scheurich 先生说： "这些员工为 OFTS 奉献了 10 年，我非常自豪地亲自向他们说声'谢谢'。我们的服务奖肯定了员工的忠诚和辛勤工作，并向员工发出了一个明确的信号：他们多年来的奉献得到了高度评价。

前一天晚上，整个管理团队想出了一个鼓舞人心的点子，作为团队建设活动的一部分，所有经理都为整个团队准备并烘焙了各种自制圣诞饼干（总共超过1000 块饼干）。在公司会议结束时，这些饼干被装在小袋子里，与其他礼物一起赠送给所有员工。

OFTS Service Awards: OTTO FUCHS Technology Shenyang honors long-serving employees

A total of 42 employees were honored for their 10 years of service at OTTO FUCHS Technology Shenyang (OFTS) on December 14, 2023. All long-serving employees received a trophy and a gift in recognition of their commitment and loyalty to the company.

During the regular communication meeting, OFTS General Manager Matthias Scheurich thanked all employees for their loyalty to the company and their reliable work over the past years.

Mr. Scheurich said: “These individuals have dedicated 10 years to OFTS and I am very proud to personally say ‘thank you’ to these members of staff for the work they have done. Our OFTS Service Award acknowledges the loyalty and hard work of employees and sends a clear signal to staff that their commitment over many years has been highly valued.”

The entire management team came up with an inspiring idea the evening before, when all managers prepared and baked various types of homemade Christmas cookies for the entire team as part of a team-building event (over 1000 cookies in total). These were presented in small bags along with other gifts to all employees at the end of the company meeting.
