OFTS 荣获中国 "绿色工厂 "称号 OFTS receives "green factory" status in China

欧福科技（沈阳）有限公司(OFTS) 致力于可持续发展，并荣获中国“绿色工厂”称号

       位于沈阳的OTTO FUCHS Technology 工厂 (OFTS) 被中国工业和信息化部认定为国家级 “绿色工厂”。该认证是对 OFTS 通过采用创新工艺进行低碳节能生产，致力于可持续发展的认可。

       “绿色工厂”证书是对入选企业在推动可持续发展方面所做努力的最高认可。该认证是中国推动绿色环保产业发展的努力的一部分。OFTS 工厂生产各种轻质铝合金底盘部件，包括控制臂、拉杆、先进制动系统部件等，主要供应给中国的高端汽车制造商 (OEM)。随着客户和地方政府对节能减排要求的不断提高，OFTS 产品的轻量化符合中国市场的发展趋势。

       多年前，OFTS 团队就开始实施了第一批提高能源效率的措施，其中包括一个创新的能源管理系统，该系统配备了一个地热储存罐和热泵系统，有助于大幅减少冬季供暖系统的天然气消耗。热处理炉产生的废热用于冬季工厂供暖。通过引入带有许多传感器的先进能源管理系统，OFTS 能够精确地测量和分析设备级别的能源消耗，从而有针对性和高效地优化能源消耗。此外，OFTS 自 2022 年起开始使用绿色电力，这意味着工厂的大部分能源消耗已经由可再生能源产生。

        OFTS 为自己设定的目标是，到 2035 年实现整个运营过程的气候中和。获得 "绿色工厂 "称号是对管理团队过去致力于持续优化公司对环境影响的认可，也是对中国可持续发展的贡献。在过去的10年里，公司已向当地原始设备制造商交付了 8000 多万个零缺陷零件。此外，创新的热回收系统优化了节能效果，减少了对化石燃料的需求，从而使沈阳工厂每年减少约 4,000 兆瓦时的天然气消耗。

OTTO FUCHS Technology plant Shenyang drives for sustainability and receives the status of a "green factory" in China

The OTTO FUCHS Technology plant in Shenyang (OFTS) has been recognized as a national ‘green factory’ by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The certification recognizes OFTS´s commitment to sustainability through the use of innovative processes for low-carbon and energy-efficient production.

The Green Factory certificate is awarded to selected companies as the highest recognition for their efforts in driving sustainability. The certification is part of China's efforts to promote the development of green and environmentally friendly industries. The OFTS plant manufactures a wide range of lightweight aluminum alloy chassis parts, including control arms, tie rods, parts for advanced braking systems, etc., which are mainly supplied to premium automobile manufacturers (OEMs) in China. In line with the increasing demands for energy saving and emission reduction from customers and local authorities, the light weight of OFTS´s products is in line with the development trend of the Chinese market.

Many years ago, the OFTS team began implementing the first measures to improve energy efficiency. This includes an innovative energy management system with a geothermal storage tank and heat pump system, which helps to significantly reduce natural gas consumption for the heating system in winter. The waste heat from the heat treatment furnaces is used to heat the factory in winter. The introduction of a sophisticated energy management system with many sensors enables OFTS to precisely measure and analyze energy consumption at appliance level in order to optimize energy consumption in a targeted and efficient manner. In addition, OFTS has been using green electricity since 2022, which means that a large proportion of the plant's energy consumption is already generated using renewable energy.

OFTS has set itself the goal of making its entire operation climate-neutral by 2035. Achieving Green Factory status is seen as recognition of the management team's past commitment to the continuous optimization of the environmental impact of the company and a contribution to China's sustainable development. In the past 10 years, more than 80 million parts with zero-defect quality have been delivered to local OEMs. Furthermore, the innovative heat recovery system optimizes energy saving and reduces the need for fossil fuels and thus reduces the natural gas consumption of the factory in Shenyang by around 4,000 MWh per year.

OFTS will continue to strive to maintain its reputation as an environmentally friendly, efficient and people-friendly production facility in Shenyang.
