－   协调生产人员

－   协助质量班长完成工作

Assist qualityshift leader finish the work.

Ø   岗位目标 Purpose of the Position

－   关键岗位，本岗位是D/CC特性岗位，确保所有D/CC特性相关的操作和检验完全符合作业指导书等要求，并如实记录过程控制数据和结果。

Critical position as this is a D/CCcharacteristic position, so must comply with all work instruction andrequirements during the operation without any deviation and make accuraterecords.

－   严格按照图纸、作业指导书、培训内容等相关规定和要求进行操作、控制检验和放行合格产品，并及时准确地记录；

Properly operate, control & inspectand release products according to drawing, work instructions and relevantrequirements strictly, and record the results in a timely and accurate manner.

－   对隔离区、在制品、样品等的产品按照检验标准和规范进行检验；

According to the inspection standard andspecifications inspect the product form block area, WIP and sample area etc.

－   对样品进行酸洗、检查；

Inspect and do the pickling for thesample;

－   按照作业指导书要求，对产品进行检验，做好相关记录。

According to WI request inspect productand keep relevant records;

－   挑选可疑产品；

Suspicious part sorting;

－   对样件进行机加工；

Sample machining;

－   当质量部其他检验或物流岗位请假时，进行顶岗作业；

Do the backup wok if other qualityinspectors or CNC are in leave;

－   协助质量班长完成其他相关的任务。

Assist quality shift leader finish othertasks;

－   没有特殊安排或替岗时,进行100%外观检验工作。

100% visual inspection works if nospecial arrange or backup working;

Ø   主要职责Main Responsibilities

－   库存品或在线检验，发现异常情况及时通知相关人员，填写检验记录；

Report relevant personnel timely iffound any abnormal condition during WIP or online inspection and fill theinspection record;

－   对抽检样品进行酸洗、检查。

Inspect and do the pickling for thesampling part;

－   按照作业指导书对产品进行检验，如外观、尺寸、硬度、电导率等。

According to WI request inspect product,such as visual, dimension, hardness and conductivity etc.

－   不合格品的挑选、隔离、标识和记录工作。

Do the sorting, isolation,identification and record work for unqualified product;

－   监督纠正措施执行情况和整改措施执行情况，完成返工、返修、让步接收等产品的确认工作。

Supervise the implementation ofcorrective actions and preventive actions, responsible for confirming repair,rework and deviation acceptance etc.

－   及时反馈生产现场或外购件的质量问题和质量隐患。

Report problem timely for productionline and purchased part;

－   对样件进行机加工.

Sample machining;

－   质量部其他检验或物流岗位请假时，进行顶岗作业

－   工作现场7S。

7S for work area;

－   没有特殊安排或替岗时,进行100%外观检验工作。

Ø   资质要求 Qualification Requirements

ü最低学历要求 Minimum Education Requirements:

－   中专或技校以上文化程度；

Technical School education or above;

ü最低经验要求 Minimum Experience Requirements:

－   具有2年以上生产现场工作经验，熟悉生产流程，熟练使用常用检测设备。

More 2 years’ work experience in theproduction field, familiar with production process, completed ability to usefrequently-used testing equipment;

ü必备技能与特质Essential Skills & Characteristics:

－   对质量管理体系知识有一定的了解，熟悉生产现场的质量控制流程，熟悉常用检测设备；

Have a certain understanding for qualitymanagement system, familiar with the quality control process and testingequipment;

ü   其他要求 Other Specifics：

－   具有较强的学习能力，具有一定的判断和分析能力，能够认识本职工作的重要作用，思路开阔、成熟，为人正直、诚实，容易接受新知识，了解运行质量体系等的相关知识，具有一定的协调能力，能够及时发现及解决相关的问题。能适应倒班工作。

Have strong learning ability, certainjudgment and analysis ability, can recognize the important role of own work,open-minded, mature, honest, easy to accept new knowledge, understand thequality system relevant knowledge, have certain coordinated ability, can findand solve the related problem timely;Adapt to shift work.
