Ø   岗位目标   Purposeof the Position

－   为现场提供日常维修支持并为连续生产解决电气技术问题

Provide day-to-day maintenance support onthe electric site and resolve engineering issues for the continuity ofproduction

－   维护设备（电气&PLC）：使其安全可靠运行，目标达到峰值性能水平

Maintain equipment ：Make sure safety and reliable run to reach (electrical & PLC)peak performance levels

Ø   主要职责Main Responsibilities

－   执行公司各项安全规定，确保人员安全、设备安全

Execute company safety regulations toensure personal safety and machine safety

－   对紧急情况作出应对反应，确定并解决技术问题，尤其是在自动化系统方面（PLC-控制的）Respondto emergency situations, define and resolve engineering problems, especially onautomation systems (PLC-controlled)

－   完成日常检查和电气或自动化（PLC-控制的）设备的维护

Perform routine inspection and maintenanceof electrical or automation (PLC-controlled) equipment

－   执行预防性维护计划和解决方案

Execute preventive maintenance plan andsolution

－   为减少停机时间执行维护程序，设备故障时采取相应措施，降低维修成本

Execute maintenance procedures to reduce outagetime, streamline activities caused by equipment breakdown and reducemaintenance costs

－   为维修&维护流程和问题更新文件记录

Keep up-to-date documentation on repair& maintenance procedures and issues

－   负责新机器&设备的测试，调试&检查

Be responsible for testing, adjustment& inspection of new machinery & equipment

－   对机械维修提供支持与配合，确保最短停机时间和最佳工作效果

Support mechanical maintenance in order tomin. breakdown time and max. output

－   由维修主管分配的其他任务

Ø   资质要求 Qualification Requirements

ü 学历要求Education Requirements:

－   全日制本科或以上学历，自动化或电气相关专业

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical automation or related.

ü 经验要求Experience Requirements:

－   至少三年以上自主处理PLC-控制器（SIEMENS S7）系统的经验，在故障排除，处理或建立S7-程序功能（如DB’s 或 FB’s）方面拥有基本的专业知识，制造行业优先（如锻造工业）

At least 3 years’ experience in autonomoushandling of PLC – controller (SIEMENS S7) systems, with firmed know-howin troubleshooting, handling or set-up of S7- program functions (i.e. DB’s or FB’s); preferred in manufactureindustry (forging industry i.e.)

ü 必备技能与特质Essential Skills & Characteristics:

－   足够了解自动化技术，尤其是在可编程序逻辑控制器（Siemens S7, 和WinCC）的操作和编程方面，拥有在测量，电气安装，供电系统和PC方面的基本知识，电工基本技能扎实，有机械和液压经验者以及有维护保养生产设备经验者优先

Sustainableknowledge of   automation technology,especially in the operating and programming principles of a Programmable LogicController （Siemens S7, and WinCC）, extended basicknowledge in measurement, electric installation, power supply system, and PC, wellbasic electrician skill, experiences in mechanics and hydraulics are preferableas well as experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment

－   了解Pilz安全继电器工作原理。

－   Pilzsafety relay system knowledge .

－   能适应倒班工作，年龄27到40岁之间，有自主学习能力，必须掌握英语，会德语技能者优先

Specific Requirements：Can adapt shift schedule, aged from 27 to 40, high willingness and abilityto learn, firm command of English is necessary or German skills preferable.

Ø   主要绩效评估指标 / KPI

－   设备技术规格和频发故障的知识,完成资质培训计划

Knowledge oftechnical specifications of equipment’s and frequently machinefault. Execution of qualification plan

－   按照要求完成每周和每天计划的维护工作和5S工作,在交班记录上记录设备的问题、如何修复和领用备件使用部位、数量等明细。

－   Executionof the weekly and daily planned maintenance and 5S tasks as the required.   Write down machine problems, how fixed, andspare parts consumption from warehouse in the shift book.

－   在技术设备的改善过程中，积极的工作态度

Active working inthe improvement process and machine availability
